That is interesing. I think i'm in agreement with the mum, i think anyone without the mental capacity to be able to care for themselves should not be allowed to care for others. But then who are we to remove people's choice. Problem is that if this had occured way back when the girls babies would have died, or she would have died but now we have all these things in place to look after people and they all cost a lot of money. Surely if the state has to soak up the damage from this they should have the opportunity to run damage prevention.
